طريقة الطهى : ١- وضع قطع من الجزر او البصل في وعاء الطهي
٢- يتم رص المحشي و وضع نصف كوب مرقة أو نصف كوب ماء مع نصف مكعب مرقة و ليمونة ( وشطة خفيفة عند الرغبة)
٣- يتم وضع الوعاء علي نار عالية حتي يغلي ثم وضعه علي نار هادئة حتي ينضج
